Had such good reviews about this place so naturally had to try it out for myself. All I can say is be prepared for your taste buds to be properly tantalized with the explosion of flavor! Best place if you're a foodie. The Jou Burger is mouth watering, my absolute fav. Next, the Smoked Smash and lastly the Double Smash washed down with Mountain Dew. What a combo

Good customer service. Nice atmosphere. Orders take quite a while though so perhaps calling in advance helps. We waited about an hour for a burger and a roll. The food is tasty and yummy. However, I do think it's slightly overpriced for it's portions and the wait is long given that the food was not even hot or fresh it was just warm like it stood for a while as we waited. We expected more in terms of size for the roll. We had honey jalapeño smoked brisket roll and the smashed brisket burger.

I had the Joe Burger, voted the best in Joburg by 947 last year... It was a good burger and very tasty, but I felt slightly underwhelmed. Was it maybe the new venue that still needed some work, or one of their staff members busy on their cellphone, who just made eye contact barely acknowledging customers, I don't know. Will I go there again? Yeah and I'll update this review either for the better or worse time will tell. Dietary restrictions: Halaal

Mouth watering aged rump, juicy, flavourful, and tender. It is one of the very few places that we actually enjoyed the steak thoroughly. Portions are generous, and the chips spiced just right. Coming back for more!Food: 5/5

Ok currently i am rating my experience at their old location which was opposite Emmerencia Damn. The food is absolutely Delicious guys thank you... BUT to wait 40 minutes to get it, now that wasnt cool. Hope its better at the new place. All the best.Food: 5/5

Toasted sandwich is one of the best I have had. Service was ok, but could be better. Would have liked to be notified once my order was out.Food: 5/5

Smash burger is basically a just more than a wafer patty and lots and lots of cheese. No salad at all. Would not recommend it. Disappointed in who gave the award of best burger to them. Chips were extremely cold and seemed like it was made a while ago. Kid-friendliness: Not very child friendly in terms of an eating area and the food.
