Great service. Well stocked. You can probably get anything you need here and he really knows his stuff if your a first time buyer and you don't know which brand is best for the buck.
The guy serving me didn't know the difference between acrylic and silicone. He didn't give us any attention and kept working behind the counter while we asked him to show us a pipe. The product is solid but the guy behind the counter needs to change his attitude or they're going to lose customers.
A huge variety packed into a small shop. If you aren't sure, there's always assistance to get you to the right product you're looking for. The shop has been there for over a decade, and has always managed to provide quality products and smoking options to the customer.
Rude and arrogant owner. Been to the store 3 times giving the guy the benefit of the doubt for the behavior of the time before and each time conducts himself like a real a-hole. He just seems like a man unhappy with life however theres no need to project that onto your customers. Never going back to this joke of a store and advise anyone against experiencing that level of rudeness and disregard.

Terribly experience. I went in with the intention of buying a top end pipe for my birthday. The manger behind the counter could hardly give me the time of day and when I asked to view a R2k Peterson gift set he couldn't be bothered and told me not to touch it. I really recommend you never go to this shop. Rather support friendly tobacconists. Very bad customer service!
As much as this is a tiny unassuming shop it hides an awesome secret - it has some of the best biltong in Johannesburg. You will need to get there early on busy days however as the locals tend to finish the lot early on in the day. Over and above that it is a very well stocked tobacconist for whatever else you may require.
You can't get better pricing honestly. I smoke way more than Id like to admitt and this place is an absolute gem. If you're rude in this shop you'll definitly get an appropriate response which I honestly find really awesome. This is also one of those taboconsist where you can spend ages browsing all of the products.
