My experience at the shop wasn’t a pleasant one. As I was waiting to be assisted by a lady and the gentleman she was assisted offered for me to be assisted, she said I CAN WAIT and referred me to the other lady. Is it because I’m black that I was referred to the black lady to assist me? Wow such appalling service. NEVER have I been belittled like that in front of other customers

It’s a rare privilege to enjoy smoking a pipe in the cool of the late afternoon. Wesley’s has an amazing selection of pipes, tobacco and a wealth of knowledge. By far my favourite tobacconist and pipe shop.

A busy shop, you need to go in an explain exactly what you want and be polite . If you do that your experience will be amazing. Staff Is knowledgeable and happy to help, cigar selection and storage is the best I have seen. Also close to an entrance so it's very easy to find if you open your eyes.

I bought my first pipe from Colin in 1983. It's a rarity for those who enjoy pipe smoking and cigars to have someone with Colin's knowledge and passion around. If you're looking for quality and advice, you can't go wrong. Pop in, it's a treat!

Called during the course of today to ensure they had the product I requested , I arrived 10 mins before closing to me met with 2 very unhelpful older women that refused to open the store even though it was way before closing time . I find this highly unprofessional and a massive waste of my time if u stare u close at 6 that means u close at 6 not 15 to 20 mins before. I'm frustrated and will most probably never spend my money with you guys again

Shocking service. Horrible old white lady works here and she is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. I will rather drive to a reputable tobacconist even though this one is 200m from where I live. Shocking.

Very lekker shop! The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable! If you like your credit card don't visit this place. The PAD is addictive here! Well done guys keep it up!
