Old Mutual staff are the most unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with, the staff instore seem competent but do not communicate with you regarding any issues from the "admin" side. The admin side are just as unhelpful as I phoned them multiple times in one day asking for assistance, I was told numerous times I would be phoned back, I never received and calls back. When instore the consultant just hand you the phone to speak to the admin side defeating the purpose of the branch. I would never recommend anyone to ever use their services.

The service is very bad...the ID was wrong...went 4 times and didn't get the help...even the Branch Manager Sipho Mahlangu ran away couldn't help us... We called the head office couple times and still no help...

Went to make cash withdrawal after I had my policy for 9years when I got there my ID was changed without my consent .had to make up and downs to get it fix no one wanted to help ùs including the branch manager Sipho Mahlangu just went out n disappeared And he knew I was coming for the 4th time with the same issue ... old mutual is very useless when you have to claim your funds.

Disgusting service, the male consultant that "helped" me today wasn't even wearing a name badge, was unfriendly and didn't seem enthusiastic and then still put me tears telling me in this shouting tone why couldn't I do it over the phone... Will never be back at this branch again...
