I have to recommend the service at this place. Absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Felt like I was among friends. Whatever plumbing stuff I will need in future, this will definitely be my first stop.
I have made online enquiries and the receptionist was very professional in answering the call up to informing me that all the sale staff were busy but took my number and promised for one of the staff to get back to me and the entire day has passed and still no return of my call...my thought were clearly this company is making too much money that my purchase of +/- 4k towards their daily target was not needed...very disappointed in their service as I needed to purchase a geyser and was inconvenienced and left stranded without a geyser and could not sort out my geyser problem at my home.

Very helpful in the shop but when it comes to delivering your product they take thier own time I payed everything in full and still waiting on my double vanity cabinet I had to reschedule the contractor because of their poor service why take my money if you can't deliver
