A very nice place to live in, in a safe neighborhood,quiet and peaceful close to a very good school
Very beautiful complex but security is a BIG Concern, cars go missing, high break-in rates and no one wants to take accountability. The Managing agent extorts money from buyers and never delivers.
Phase one! Nothing good here. Caretaker doesn’t seem to understand his job. The noise on weekends is unbearable. Get yourself a gas cooker because electricity will be shut off for days due to non payment of council bills. The gate motor and intercom hasn’t worked close to 2yrs 25/11/2020 my car got stolen here, thieves drove it out and the security didn’t realize my car was being stolen
Highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a secured place to stay near schools and shopping complexes.

Ashbury Private College is right across the road catering from grade 000 to grade 12 plus there are many good schools in the area such as Prestige College Crystal Park, Crystal Park Primary, Crystal Park High School, Spark School Rynfield, Combined School Noorderlig and East Rand School of Arts all within a short driving distance. 5 minutes drive away on Pretoria road is the Rynfield Terrace shopping centre with a Super SPAR, Woolworths, PEP stores, Dischem, Wimpy, Standard Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, Pizza Perfect, KEG and Knight, Mike’s Kitchen, Liquor City, Spec Savers and Post Office. Directions: From the N12 East bound take the Snake road off ramp and follow Pretoria road for 8.4 kilometers. Turn right in Orchard street and the complex will be on your left.
This is a very clean place, well maintained and safe, if you looking for place to stay this is a good place
Awesome development in a very nice area. Nice security unfortunately its too far from my work place.

Very quite area, especially for those who are starting a new famelies.
Poor service, when we moved in the flat was filthy,maintenance was not done in the flat alot of things still have not been fixed, disappointing
