I have been waiting for a quotation for 3 weeks to repair the elevator. There are physically challenged employees and pensioners who have to climb flights of stairs. Clifford, Raymond and Christopher please submit the quotation. When I request telephonically to be connected to a Senior Manager my request is denied. Could someone from OTIS PLEASE respond? Thanks.

We have new a lift which is not even 12 months old, it breaks down every other day. Otis, according to them, send their expert technicians to fix, but the lift never runs for more than a week. Very poor performance. The xpert technicians are not up to it. It's time Otis take stock of themselves and ask themselves why this is so.
