Ottawa Community Hall, Verulam

Hall has not been maintained well. Needs an upgrade. Nothing works from fans to stage curtains. They even have the stage bath room occupied so we could not use during concert. And the need to have installed a permanent back curtain as behind stage lighting is a nightmare. Won't use this hall again, unless highly improved.

Basic venue. Has a very grungy feel to it though. No working fans or air-conditioning. Would not recommend for a classy event.

The acoustics of the hall was amazing I played sound for a function there

Convenient and adequate upkeep for a community hall. Better maintenance required.

We had a conference at this user friendly venue.

We had a wedding and there was another event happening at the same time. Abit of an inconvenience really. Place could do with a bit grass cutting and trimming honestly

The design of this hall is not pleasing at all. It look big on the outside but in side is not big enough.

Not too bad, parking area a bit of a problem. Toilets can definitely do with an upgrade.

Decent hall, fits about 200 people. Lightning was good, it was a hot day however it was cool and comfortable inside. Easy enough to find. Lack of parking though

A religious ceremony was held there. Good service beautiful food. The place overall was really neat. Parking is not enough for a big event but there is parking outside the venue provided.
