Easy to find. Ample parking no stress. Big enough to accomodate everyone, well looked after.

I went to the Ethekwini Electricity department with 2 queries, I had a bit of a wait to get to the desk for someone to help me, but found them very helpful and polite, was actually blown away be the service.

Terrible ! Never want to go there again! We sat there the entire day and achieved nothing. The rates department are sadly hopeless. Not a single query was answered and nothing was resolved. We now have a to do list of other departments to visit. The customer care; to ask to have the statements emailed were not working today. Neither was the supervisor. I was told that as a pensioner; I would not manage to request to have my statement emailed to us.

My experience getting vaccinated was really positive. It was efficient and every single nurse and officer I encountered was very friendly. I'm impressed.

Good place just need the municipality to make sure they things are working and there are meetings they staff shouldn't be screaming through the halls . Also they should cater for people holding meetings

This place was supposed to help patients with the covid vaccination. I had to wait for over an hour because the nurses were on lunch...my mum is 82yrs old...I had to leave because the service was absolutely deplorable...and you wonder why you have covid vaccination hesitancy..

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the efficient manner in which the vaccine process was administered. The nurses were excellent. Thank you
