Mission
Our goal is to give you and your pets a safe, comfortable, low cost and stress-free option for pet care when you're facing moves, deployments, vacations, and any other scenarios that might pop up. We strive to be completely transparent about the care your pet will receive, and above all we want to do everything we can to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with the care we provide :)
Prices will vary by services provided:
House Sitting R 100 per day
Pet Sitting R 135 per day
Feeding ones per day R 75 or twice per day R 150
Overnight stay R 100
Please message/email/call and let us know what you need done and we can give you an estimate :D Payment for services is due on or before the date service begins: when we exchange keys, as long as it's before you leave for your trip :)
Description
Depending on your pet, sometimes it's less stressful for them if they stay in their own home and we visit them multiple times a day in their own environment, and other pets may be happier with the constant companionship care in our home provides. We can discuss your pet's individual needs and figure out what will work best for you and your pet.
We will need care instructions for all pets, food for the days we will be watching them, food and water dishes etc and we will need vets names and phone number and general health. Payment for services is due on or before the date service when we exchange keys, as long as it's before you leave for your trip :)
Your pet's safety and comfort, as well as your comfort with our practices, are of the utmost importance to us, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
If requested, for all pet sitting services you will get updates, including pictures. (A note on pictures of clients' pets: In order to respect clients' privacy, we will never publicly share pictures of pets while they are in our care. If you've given us permission to share pictures, we will wait to do so until you and your pets are reunited. However, if you've requested pictures of your pet, we will send them to you privately via What up or Facebook message/text/email during your absence)
Please please please let us know if your plans change and you no longer need our services. Any kind of notice is fine really, just let us know as soon as you know. We only have so many spots available, especially over the holiday season, so the sooner you can let us know the better :)
