P.L.M Palace Lodge Durban

I enjoyed my stay there, their stuff is friendly nd they have nice rooms but they gave us the room that seemed like it has been used by someone before us and they did not change the bedding and towels otherwise everything was fine but the LINEN and the TV had no signal at all

Well from the first time of using this place, telephonically they are good with their clientele when making arrangements with them. Also viable with walk-ins which they handle with adequate manners. When it comes to the environment, it is a cosy with moderate to less noise depending on the time of the day/week. I wouldn't mind recommending the place compared to other worst places here in CBD.

The tv was not working, toilet was flushing water on it own , the parking is too small and i even scratch my car because of the taxis that park there.Rooms: 1/5

The water is cold in the shower in the morning

The place is beautiful.

It would be a great pleasure if you put coffee or tea for sleep overs, yes you do have cups and kettle

It was alright clean fully equipped just that they didn't hv hot running water we had to take cold showers

This place is beautiful and clean, very friendly staff from the reception to the cleaners, we really had a great time and shall be returning there soon anyone who needs a clean and beautiful place in durban should go there. Thanks to Thuli she is the best guys..
