The treatment rooms were extremely cold, it's June, why would you not warm up the rooms prior to treatments? The food was decent, the therapists were friendly and captured great moments for us, but their massage skills are very questionable. Room for improvement
Amazing experience. Everything was on point, the massage, the staff, the area so chilled and we had a fresh salad.

We didn't have the experience we had hoped for, 1 the rooms were cold, 2 as for the massage, we kept getting punches lol, 3 our package had a pedicure which we didn't receive mind you I took out my pedicure prior to going there coz I thought I was gonna get a new one , however the staff was friendly, 4 we shared 1 dark colored, low quality gown, 5 having slippers instead of flip flops would have been nice...there's a lot to improve on, more especially the massaging skills.
It's a beautiful serene place. I think there are some aspects that can be improved. The hostess were amazing,. It would be nice if there were snacks in between drinks and dessert after the lunch. The food was amazing,the massage was out of this world. The parking area should also be improved. All in all it was an amazing experience!

The place could do with improvements, the toilet are isolated from the main venue, the staff was very friendly the lady who was giving me a massage was very attentive to me I enjoyed the massage. The food was ok, not the best but edible
Their service could have been better. Their therapists need more training and possibly more experience. Their food wasn’t the best but we got what we paid for. Our package was R5200 for 10 people...in all honesty where does one get a full body massage with food, juice on arrival and wine? My experience wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t that bad.
