Park Secure Community Policing

I wish I could rate this place a minus! I needed to use th bathroom as I had been there for over an hour to report an accident, the toilets they showed me to, not even an animal can be expected to use them!!!! They have no shame! Absolutely no shame! Funny party is that I saw the cleaner in the building but the toilets were blocked and had not been cleaned fo 10 years!!!! It is the most disgusting police station I have ever been to!

My house in Falcon Ridge was burgled while we were away for the weekend. On Monday 27/06/2022 when we returned we discovered the burglary and I immediately went to the police station to report the crime. The captain that assist me informed me that they only have two vehicles available and both were out on other cases. He said that I cannot open a case at the police station for burglary and that the police must come to my premises to investigate first. He said that he will ensure that the nightshift will visist me. They never came and today I went back, same story from a different Warrent Officer. They write your details on a piece of scrap paper not in an Incident Report Register and you dont know what happen next and you dont have proof that you have reported it. They gave me a sector cell number to phone , but the policeman who answered said that he was very busy and cant assist me. The insurance wants a case number and I dont know where to go or what to do. Where do a person report such poor service?

Absolutely no help in this place and very rude!!! Worst police station in south africa!!!!! Arrogant and rude specially the firearm department . Useless!!!!

They don't answer their phon . Been calling for hours without luck. Called 10111 but they can't even get hold of this branch.
