I opened a case with police 7 days ago. No investigating officer has ever bothered to call me or update me on what is the status on my case. By the process, an investigation officer should be allocated in about 2-3 days and the investigation process start.  I'm so feeling failed by the law enforcement.

Services were fine on my side. Police really works for our safe. I was dropped by a bus there at night. One of officer who working at night drove me home. I feel safe with these police.

Service is good but workers have a absolutely bad attitude. It should be shut down.!!!
