The best primary school in the country !Great facilities which are continuously being upgraded, dedicated teachers and strict management!

Both my sons attended this school and I must say that the standard of education is exemplary. The focus on academics and sport is very well balanced. My sons received well grounding at Parkside primary..kymeshen is now 27 years and uthayan is 20..thank you to Mr Thaver and the educators..

Doesn't even deserve the one star I've given Don't be fooled. I wouldn't be surprised if they asked kids and family to rate the school here. Parkside always asks for money. They give each child 2 ticket books to sell every year and in the 10 years since I've been there they've done very few improvements and most of those improvements have been for the staff and staff room. They also do cake sales throughout the year that parents have to provide for and give the kids money to buy the cake they brought. And no, nothing goes towards a charity benefit, it goes to the school who does nothing with it. They have outrageous rules, if you don't fetch your child after school within 15 minutes their name gets taken down and 3 times gets them detention. Also if they leave the gate after school they're not allowed to go back in to wait. In the mornings if you're late your name also gets taken down and 3 times gets your child sent back home and marked absent. No allowance is made for emergencies and even in the event of a death of a close family member we were allowed no consideration. The staff is racist and hard hearted towards children and parents. I definitely am disappointed with the standard of this school.

It's a very good school top in kzn I love it . The teachers are nice some teachers are a little too strict but the only because you need it they also have lots of sport . The always follow covid protocols during this time they don't favour and they care

This is the best primary school out there. Throughout my 7 years at Parkside I have learnt a lot and I mean a lottt All the teachers are always willing to help you out whole heartedly. They are all so sweet and caring I hope I get some time in high school to come and visit Parkside. This is where I spent a lottt of my childhood years and it was amazing. I will never forget Parkside and the memories made throughout the years. To all the parents: send your children to this school they will love it and you will love it : #coolest school out there miss you Parkside

This is definitely one of the greater primary schools in Durban with very high academic standards wich produce representatives. You may be asked to raise money but it is all to better the school as their are electronic boards and tablets and a computer room

This is one of the best schools that u can be be in. I am in this school and my 7 years here made me feel loved! our new principal Mr Thaver is doing a good job!!! our academics are very high and so as the friendship in the school I Parkside

I am a learner at Parkside. My name is Kuvam Pillay and I am in grade 4. It is a awesome school and the teacher's are so cool and helpful. Our principle Mrs J Galvin is leaving at the end of this year. She introduced us to the 7 habits. We have PE and swimming on certain days. After exams we do extremely fun things like playing chess .The thing is that we still have 3 weeks of school after exams. First primary school choice Parkside. Our academic level is very high. 3 Words .Completely awesome school!

A great learning experience I have been in this school for 7 years and it's been a great time the teachers are highly respected discipline is expected and thanks to Parkside when I leave this school I will take those values with me throughout my life it's been tough but it's worth it the teachers push you to do the best you can and understand problems that's when I leave I will leave with tears in my eyes Parkside is not only a school but it's family
