They have most of what one would expect a bolt 'n nut place in an industrial area to carry. Also some hardware. Prices are good too.

Service was absolutely poor poor poor. I waited in the queue with no one ahead of me for 20min, then what I did was call the receptionist from my mobile phone while standing in the queue for someone to come and attend to me only to be put on hold for 2 minutes with no answer eventually someone help me after standing in the queue for 25 minutes not cool, saving a few runs here and there is not worth the wait and waste of time to be attended to.

The service was prompt and efficient. The sales person made sure I received the correct goods that I needed. In this case Imperial thread bolts which are not readily available at normal hardware stores etc.
