Had great service at the pawn shop division of the branch, they had enough people at the counter to help people in a timely manner. The pawn process was quick and efficient. One problem though future pawners, if you have to extend your item by paying interest you have got to wait in the same queue as the sellers, which can be very long line only to pay interest. If you are willing to waste time this way, be my guest.

I enjoy going to this store. The workers are super helpful and friendly. Sometimes you get awesome deals. However, I haven't seen much to peak my interest in their stock lately. I'm sure this will change over time. They also won't give you much for your things, however it is a good way to re-home your stuff and get a little bit of money.

24 January 2023 We went to Cash Converters, Parow Centre, yesterday shopping for a desktop-computer. We had no former information about exactly whát computers were available at all. My husband was immediately greeted by a friendly and very helpful ‘Ashley’ at the computer department. He was extremely patient in explaining the specs of the desktops that were on display. Went to some trouble to set up the most likely choice that we were interested in. As streaming and zooming are rather important to us, he went ‘the extra mile’ showing us the capacity of the computer to do so. What I especially appreciated was that he fetched me a chair to sit on as I had some trouble standing. We were not sure about buying but he assured us that it was “okay” with him. Even though in the end we decided not to buy the computer, I would like so compliment him on a pleasant experience and capable service. Thank you! K Loots

I bought items on the 2nd November 2022 to the value of R950. The walkie talkies they advised was tested it is just flat. I told them its OK IL charge it when I get home I charged it over Night, it took me 30 minutes to just get it to charge. That isn't the main problem. Upon arrival the 3rd November 2022 I was assisted by the cashier that advised me he is waiting for the reversal to be done. I advised him at 11.15 I have a meeting to attend at 12, I then proceeded to get my hair done at another store. I arrive back at cash converters at 12.. For them to tell me they can't do an exchange without the customer I store but they have the full receipt of the items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CASH CONVERTERS PAROW CENTER. This was the worst service I have ever received, I am still waiting to be assisted and it's 10 mins after i arrived. After 45mins nobody has wrapped the mirror I took in place of the faulty items sold without being checked by the colleague that buys the items in. Manager on duty is

VERY DISAPPOINTED you people sold a broken phone to my sister that she paid for in cash your staff assured her there's nothing wrong the phone is just flat she should charge it but when she got home and charged it she realized the phone is broken the next day she wanted a refund because she was sold a broken smartphone then she was told by you staff it's NOT their fault for selling broken products it's he fault for buying it then telling her to sell it at cash crusaders to see if she can't get some of her money back, YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK !! SHE IS THE VICTIM HERE NOT YOU, is this how you paying customers believe me you not gonna get away with this

You have a great store especially fantastic selection of hidden object games for my laptop..ps pls keep stocking them cause i love playing them on my old windows 7 laptop especially big fish is the best..thx

Terrible store, used to be great. Haven't had new gaming stock in ages, pricing off base and situated in a terrible mall. Not worth the time to find parking

Called them this morning regarding an item I wanted to sell that was around 10h49 the guy that picked up gave me a whatsapp number to send photos of the item then he Wil give me an estimate on whatsapp, I am still waiting on them to respond on my whatsapp it's past 5 they closed at 4pm so unprofessional, I would not recommend them, would give zero stars

Very professional staff, pawn an item, left very satisfied and with a peaceful mind that my item was safely wrapped and stored for me to pick up again. Thank you Marvelous for your friendliness and the respect that you showed towards me. This was in deed one of my best expectations ever in a pawnshop.

Very poor service received from this branch. I called in four times to this and were put on hold. I have waisted almost R29 worth of airtime. Disapointed and in the case of a call back were told the store don't except printers which someone could have told me in the first place. Surely I can advise anyone not go to this branch at all due to poor customer service.
