The Cashier was lovely. The short lady with blond was rude, I called her to ask for the price since there was no price on the item, she walked and pretended not to hear me yet she asked the guy next to me if he needed help, when he said "no" I said "excuse me can..." she started walking, I called her 3 times she just continued walking, even the guy was shocked. I'll get her name next time The quality of some of the items is great. The staff working at the bakery and butchery they are great. Packers are very helpful. Overall I think most of the staff members are great, there is always that odd one out in any company, so it's cool.

I Love this store. It's basically my favorite PnP, but I was super disappointed in the pricing of their Sponge cakes this year. While all other retailers priced their normal size sponge cake between R21- R25, my family store priced a mini single layer cake at R22. You can do better my family as we support and love you

I just love this store!! Everybody inside is extremely helpful- even the 100 security guards in every isle!! They always have what I need & if I dont find it- then I ask & they find it for me!! That's soo cool!! The strange elements outside is sometimes a bit nervy but I'm just very careful & greet them nicely!!

It's okay. Just wish staff members can do back shopping often. You often find books by the sweets Isle. It does get packed and parking not so always to find especially on weekends

Inside the store it's mostly clean, check out staff are freindly and helpful while thier counter parts elsewhere in the store have extremely poor customer service skills and poor product knowledge. Managerial staff are virtually invisible, unhelpful and leave much to be desired from any interaction. Out front in the parking area, which in itself is neglected to say the least, it's filthy with pan-handlers often harrassing shoppers entering or leaving the store. In short, give it a miss.

Always MY one stop shop, not only, is it an entire centre, there is a Pharmacy, Salon as well as much much more, pretty safe and well lit areas in the parking lots too! Safety first! And I approve!

Like this place for always available parking space and extended business hours. Opened till 2200 hrs everyday, it's very much helpful and convenient for the working people

Still by far the best PICK N PaY. Their prices are good. Atmosphere great. STAFF very friendly and polite

There is an unbearable smell by the Veg and Meat areas.... it might be blood from the fridge or something??? I was quick in and out, didn't even get to enjoy my time shopping as i was soo disgusted by the terrible smell covering the store.

I been using this establishment for years and I always felt like home, it does quite honestly feel like walking into the babbi shop at the corner of your street at home comfortable it is, so welcoming.
