Efficient staffed family chemist conveniently located at the entrance of a 24 hour Pick and Pay store. I had my first covid jab done here, I didn't have to register in advance, they did the registration on site for me. Thank-you staff for a hassle free experience.

My absolute favourite Pharmacy ever! Every single staff member is totally efficient and super friendly; my meds are always delivered on time and the drivers are always smiling. A special thanks to Hettie & Craig for their exceptional service. I even opted to get fully vaccinated here; I will surely be getting my booster shot here! I would recommend Parow Family Pharmacy every day. Keep up the good work!

Both my husband and I had come here today for Covid testing, we were both completely nervous and feeling absolutely under the weather the nurse Cheryl Fitz who performed our test made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. Also because I have spinal issues she changed her normal procedure of testing to accommodate me which counts for alot I'd say I have not used the Pharmacy prior to this but while I was waiting I noted a board outside of the Pharmacy their very reasonable prices. We definitely will be visiting you more often Parow Family Pharmacy and Thank you once for the Excellent service rendered

Thank you Sr Cheryl  you are amazing and caring. I was no nervous to do the Covid test and you managed to calm me down and my experience was not unpleasant as the other places I did my test.

A pharmacy where I truly do feel part of the family. The best service always, the most caring staff and a range of products that always fulfills my needs.

Make sure when you hand in a prescription at this pharmacy that you ask them when your prescription expires according to them. Twice I have handed in a prescription at this pharmacy the prescription has no expiration date yet they told me that my prescription has expired. I have a total of 5 batches of medication I was not able to get because according to them my prescription has expired even though I have not collected all the medication the prescription allowed. When you hand in the prescription they don’t make you aware of a expiration date either.  So for the second time I’m just told, sorry, we cannot help you, you need a new prescription.

Very friendly staff but on more than 1 occasion they have messed up my script. I have multiple sclerosis and they gave me half of the pills I was supposed 2 get, then when i went to get the other half I was told they gave me the right amount etc, I ended up having spasms so badly in the store that i ended up on the floor, luckily the store is very clean... The very next day I saw on my box that the original amount of tablets was scratched out , i have not bought anything from this pharmacy since

Please explain to your staff and pharmacist that discussing other staff members while clients are in the shop is not very professional at all. Attitude of pharmacist tonight was not very professional and the sarcastic comment she made while I walked away was very unprofessional

I've paid R500 for pcr test. I'm currently in the que now. No chairs, my back hurts like crazy since my muscle is still sore from covid. I called 2x yesterday and I called this morning, you think they'd inform you when you call???? I haven't seen such unprofessional service in a very long time. A service for which I pay for.

Very disappointed. Had a confirmation of a appointment and time slot for my second covid vaccine for today. I arrived early and once the doors opened I was told by someone at the door that they are out of vaccine stock and i must come back tomorrow. This is unacceptable
