I fully understood at the time that you were paying someone to que for you, and this was fine. What I was not expecting was that in order to maximise her profits she would have 1 peron que for multiple people, what this did was upset the people behind us in the line, fully understandable they also waited hours for Home Affairs to open only to have more people than they initially thought in front of them. If it had been a case whereby there had been a person for person swap I don't think there would have been an issue. This resulted in an individual behind us kicking up a huge fuss about the amount of people who had now joined the line in front of her, this resulted in her laying a case. The man who manages the line, simply ignored us going forward and let everyone behind us into home affairs, he wouldn't even respond to our questions. It turns out we were not going to be helped as a result of this system. The worst part is when I managed to rather obtain an online booking as my application was now beyond urgent, Rhonda went quiet. She ignored my emails and WhatsApps and didn't refund me. I think this is in poor taste, the service I requested was not completed as I didn't get to even enter the home affairs office, I stood there from 6h30 in the morning taking the place of the person who stood in the line for me and a few others. It was a waste of my time, money and I would highly recommend that you rather book online and make use of the appointment system at the banks. Rhonda unfortunately while she offers great advice and is fully willing to help you up until that point, when it comes to refunds it is another person all together. I do blame this service as it didn't represent itself in the way it was advertised. It says they que for me, not for multiple people. If they had a single person per client then we would not be in this predicamnet. Good client service would mean refunding your clients under these circumstances and learning from the incident. To just be ignored is simply criminal and I do intend to take the charges further on principal.
I just want to say thankyou to Rhonda and her team for their great service. I arrived at home affairs....and I was in and out to renew my passport in 35 min. Thank you again. This is the second time I've made use of passports 2000 services and had a very good experience on both accations.....and I have and always will refer passports 2000 to anybody.
Fantastic stuff Rhonda, gave her our documents after applying for a passport and got it back on the third day. She initially said 5 days but did the job in 3 days. Highly recommend
Scam Alert!!! Rhonda is a pathetic incompetent liar!!! Paid R2070 for nothing, had to que for hours, my passport was back much later than estimated, had to cancel flights. Waste of time and money. Don’t trust this woman, money money money.
SHOCKING SERVICE!. I paid R1850 for a vault birth certificate which was promised not to take more than 6 weeks. 11 weeks later I had no vault certificate and zero feedback. I then asked if they can get my unabridged birth certificate instead as this apparently takes much quicker. Another 2 weeks went past with only 1 phone call and still no unabridged birth certificate. I then asked for a refund as it had been 13 weeks later but 4 phone calls and 4 emails later I still have no refund, no feedback and no certificate. This place is a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Dec 2017. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Booked an appointment for my mom only to arrive at an empty office run by Rhonda. The office is just a front to the scam. We paid R700 to Passport2000 to walk to the front of the Edenvale Home Affairs at 7.30am only to find out that position holding this que is illegal. A racial riot broke out due to the Passport2000 people "pushing" in front of the que. Home Affairs security intervened and reiterated that no person can stand in for another person in the process. We completed the entire application process on our own and NOT AS ADVERTISED BY Passport2000 as they are NOT allowed to offer a service of assisting in any Home Affairs applications. They are therefore illegally charging the public to pay for a service they cannot offer. What a scam. This business needs to be shut down urgently.
Very dissapointed in this service. I booked and paid for 3 × passports which you pay R1100 for a passport deduct the R410 You pay home affairs. And 1x new ID - Just for someone to stand in the queue outside home affairs. That was the extent of the service. I also got highly irate as I was told as soon as I have confirmation that my passports and I'D book were ready that I could call them to set up for them to stand in the queue again. Yet when I called their offices they were closed would help if you put your office hours on your website. Could have saved R1950.00 if I had known upfront that I was paying a small fortune just for someone to keep me a place in a queue???
Poor service. Paid R480.00 x 4 for someone to stand in the queue for us to arrive at 6h40. The branch only opened at 8h30 and then went offline. They won't assist with another date if the system goes offline and they will not collect your documents for you. R1920.00 for someone to queue and leave is not worth it
An Absolute Rip-Off!!!! Pay R700 for someone to queue for you and then you end up queuing yourself anyway when your Passport is ready for collection!!! This is Ridiculous!! A money making racket!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!
Paid money for a service to assist with a passport. Basically sat in the open from 6.45 until 8.30. No actual service provided other than making some poor person stand in a cue for me for hours. No assistance with the actual process.. Waste of money and time. Rather get in early yourself and save the money.
