My previous supplier let me down regarding a Nigerian visa because it was during the Christmas holidays. However, Wesley and the team at Visas Unlimited were magnificent in their response. They not only explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand, but treated everything with a sense of urgency that is almost impossible to find in 99% of businesses. I am most grateful for their incredible helpfulness and customer care.
Worse possible service delivery First time visa application and I will not recommend visas unlimited to anyone. Very poor communication, their visa requirements have not been updated, no follow up. We used them thinking the process would be streamlined and easier. Due to their lack of communication and incorrect requirements my application was cancelled.
Stay far away from Visas & Passports Unlimited. An unlimited waste of money and time. These guys do not care about how they are ranked. On Hello Peter 9 of 14 reviews = 1 star with complaints about no communication and poor service. I concur, they are a really bad provider to this industry, I am not sure how they keep their doors open. It is not about the delay in obtaining my Visa, the expectations set when you apply 15 - 30 days. But follow up after follow up and their team just do not care, they are shoddy to say the least at replying and do not leave you with a feeling that they are doing anything. I think they work from someone's garage or the back 3 X 3 room with 1 desk and a broken fan. Honestly, if you are like me and review companies or rely on reviews, stay away, you will be gravely disappointed. In addition, their chief whip simply replies with sarcasm and ÿou should have known" attitude... Yes Lady I know because I apply for visas' every day. How pathetic. STAY AWAY.
Shocking service! I thought that Visas Unlimited was supposed to make the process easier - I had to do all the work - there is no meet and greet - no guidance - nothing. Think twice before you use this company.
Stay far away from these people. I always read the reviews before dealing with any company, not sure how I missed this. No communication, none whatsoever They charge a fortune for what? I will never use they're services again.
I have read all the negative reviews below and can hardly believe that we dealt with the same company. I send my application with "SpeedServices" of the Post Office. They were suppose to deliver it overnight. After a week it transpired that the parcell were still at the Post Office hub in Kempton park and that thet could not deliver due to a "lack of transport" As a result I phone Visas Unlimited who make arrangements to fetch it the same day. The very next day the documents were submitted and my visa was issued. During the whole time i receive messages from Elaine Maritz keeping me imformed. Will definitly deal with them again. Thank you for excellent service.
My experience started out fine with this company however, on the day of my visa application, my documents were filled incorrectly by them, with spelling and date mistakes. I then followed up a week after submission if my passport was ready, Shanaid advised me that it has actually been ready a week ago and I can collect it from postnet. They never advised me that it was ready, which is very frustrating as I needed the passport urgently. I then phoned Postnet and they advised me that they have been trying to phone me to collect and have since sent the parcel back. I realised that Visas and Passports Unlimited has put a completely different cellphone number than mine on the waybill, hence they could not reach me. I would not recommend using this company.
Slow and unhelpful service. They did not know the correct requirements for my visa, could not make my booking and made no effort to try and help me. Rather go to VFS and do your application yourself, this company will waist your time and money.
Visa's Unlimited are amazing, Debbie and her team are on the ball, they dont make you wait long for answers and literally pulled a rabbit from a hat by organizing us visa's in record time - this level of service is rare these days - THANK YOU GUYS from Point-S South Africa
Unprofessional service. They had our details to get an appointment at the Swiss embassy and after 1 weeks were still not able to do so. This is supposed to be your area of speciality, however it was easier to handle ourselves. Will not recommend to anyone
