Love the new store but the electric guitar department is really lacking in quality, quality control, and pricing.
Bought a set of strings. Went back to the shop as I ran into a problem with the restricting. The guys were so helpful. Fixed the problem. Excellent 5 star customer service
Absolutely brilliant service from Ruben, who went above and beyond to help my mum with her new piano. He understood the budget and very kindly delivered and set it up for her in her new home. Thank you to Ruben and Bothners for the welcoming atmosphere in your shop - what a treat to spend time there!

Best value music equipment store but always make sure your goods are sealed and not demo unit sold to me at Table View branch after specifically stating that I don't want an opened unit
Awesome store. Bought some of my audiophile gear from them and recently bought my first electric guitar from them. The service was amazing and the guy helped me quite a bit with advice on how to move forward and what amp I should look at getting next. I would reccomended anybody in need of audio equipment or advice to go there first.

I have visited this Music Store many times .it is my go to shop if I need any spares for my guitar. They have a wide variety of the best musical instruments and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have every thing a musician may need .I recommend this shop highly. They also carry a variety of tutorials and a large collection of ukulele's at good prices.
