Very disappointing conduct by the the Principal Agent. I definitely would not recommend her. Material Breaches of Mandate and failing to provide proof of tenant vetting and payments made. Even 9 days after the tenant was allowed to move into my flat. No inspection and no inventory list compiled and my flat is fully furnished. Much more but lets leave it at that. I wish i could give a negative star. Complaint has been lodged with EAAB and to be lodged with the Rental Tribunal and if no proof of payments provided in the next 24 hours i will also be calling EAAB hotline directly.

Awesome company headed by a driven and intelligent lady, always handled professionally with equity in mind. In my opinion one of the best real estate establishments out there, here you are considered, valued and treated with great regard! Keep up the amazing work Godelieve and team!!!
