I took my two toy poms for a wash and trim on the 10/12/16, what a nightmare, I told the manager and the groomer not to shave them, the manager asked could they cut about 3 cm off which I agreed to and again told then not to shave. 2 hours later I got a call that I could fetch them only to find that they have shaved them both as well as shaved chunks out of there lovely fur which is so short you can see their skin, this has upset me so much as I told them not to shave them. I then got told by the groomer they were matted that is why they had to shave them which was not true as my husband brushed them thoroughly before taking them so it would be easier for the groomers, which clearly was a waste of time as they shaved it off. as much as the old owner was rude etc she knew how to groom all types of breeds. still waiting for a phone call from the owner as she could not take my call on the 10/12/16 to short this issue out.

Super service by a young lady and her helper. Very professional and treated my Husky biy very well. Very convenient for them to bring the grooming facilities to my house. Very reasonable price for the service provided. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Great parlor with caring staff. Pups come home looking beautiful after each pamper. One of our dogs is 17 years old. Deaf and partially blind and they handle her with such great care.

My boys look amazing and they are not getting so hot anymore.

Our toy poms went back to pawfessional for the 2nd time and they look just as great as the first time! Great service! We will definitely be back next month

Recently had to take my cat for a shave being matted and although it was stressful to take her in for her shave the staff reassured me and offer a great service to cats and dogs that you will otherwise never be able to shave as they are situated right next to the Vet who will assist at a small price to sedate the animal for the shave and wake them up afterwards, my cat was done before i could even get my shopping done at the shopping center accross from them

Always have trouble getting hold of these people, and when you do get hold of them telephone manner is none existing. Also no card facility, I mean really???

This has to be the most helpful doggy parlour in kempton park. I would recommend for anyone to take their animals here for grooming.
