To be honest I have never purchased fish online , I was actually scared what if they arrive not moving or they don't arrive at all. The day my delivery was scheduled I was at work and kept reminding my wife at home to call me as soon as she receives the delivery. Delivery arrived and when she called me to tell me they all alive and moving , I was happy, when I got home to see the fish , I was very satisfied and to be honest it is much more easier than actually going into a pet shop and then there's no stock of fish, Revel pets is the way to go.

Super fast service to Cape Town. The fastest I have ever seenserious. Stock seems to be in Good order. Wished their Livestock courier costs was lower, since one would like to order equipment and Livestock together sometimes. Ian felt its needed over explaining some thingswhich wasn't needed but that's just good customer service. One can see he is an absolute veteran in the business. So heartfelt thanks for having my stock so quick now I can get my stuff sorted this weekend. Can highly recommend Rebel Pets

Loved this place... Staff are very friendly and the selection of fish is great. Plants I bought here were very healthy and are still growing like crazy. I personally would recommend them and their online store also works really well.

I was interested in how the fish would be transported and I blown away by the quality of the packaging the care for intransit movement and the brilliant order management providing excellent visibility and expectation management. Took a shot at ordering fish online. Couldn't be happier! Arrived the very next day, perfect condition. Very nicely packed. Definitely will order again! ignore the snails photo bombing, that's why I got the loaches, to hopefully help with the snails lol

Good variety of livestock for aquariums and helpful friendly staff. Expected a little more or bigger shop, from what is available online. For equipment, additives and accessories, the online store provides more variety, info, prices, etc.
