The worst service provider ever. You will be transferred from pillar to post with no assistance. Days without electricity. 8pm no more assistance even from theirs called emergency line.

Avoid PEC Metering if you have any other options available. They cut off my neighbours' power for having paid one day late. Then, when I move out, they need TWO WEEKS' notice, and after that, FORTY-FIVE MORE DAYS before undertaking to pay me back my deposit. They provide truly pathetic service to back up their dishonest practices.

Our electricity was cut off by the City of Tshwane for non payment. We have been paying our monthly levies to this company without fail. We are now stuck with no electricity supply, no communication from this company. Their emergency number does not go through. Horrible service!!!!

useless! when you phone they just let the phone ring, or they pick the phone up and put it down again. guess they hiding from customers

Service and people are fantastic but the layout and the building is something I just can't get over for some reason. It's downright awkward and strange. It could be better, but maybe it's due to the function it serves. Anyway don't let this 3 star keep you from going it lost 40 % for building layout and NOTHING else. It's worth going here if you have an issue, it will get resolved.

The absolute worst company worst service out right scamming people with readings and terrible service

PEC Utility Management has apparently not being paying our utility bills. As a result, the power in our complex is currently switched off!! Where is our money?????
