3 stars for their effectiveness and efficiency. Just arrived around 07h30 am and there was about seven visitors before me. The doors was opened at about 07h50 approx and at 09h00 I was on my way home. I like their idea of having a chemist/dispensery in their premises rather than traveling looking for a place to buy medication.
The doctor I saw today, he doesn't know how to treat patient, a Chinese guy am not happy with the treatment I received today. Instead of listening to why I came he is the one who finish my sentences and I was there only 2 minutes. He did not even gave a chance of telling him. I have acute pain on my stomach and serious headache, my body is painful but he just said it's flu. I asked for pain injection cause I can't sleep he refused and gave still pain. Please treat people the way you treat their money. Am not happy and I wouldn't refer anyone to your practice it's disgusting. Mind you am partly deaf asking him to remove mask so I can read his lips and like am talking nonsense. Am very disappointed and am sick I don't know why I came there if I knew I was not going to get help.
Just went for my ultrasound and the doctor who served me doesn't have any care she is very rude and rough. Never going back there again l wasn't happy with her service
Dr. GAFUR TREATS PATIENTS VERY BADLY, I WAS THERE TO COLLECT BLOOD RESULTS AFTER WAITING FOR AGES FOR AN SMS THAT NEVER CAME, HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THE RESULTS TO ME, WHEN I REQUESTED TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR HE WAS SHOUTING AND SAYING THAT HE'S NOT THE ONE WHO TOOK MY BLOOD, I AM IRRITATING AND HE'S TIRED. HE WAS RIGHT HE IS OLD AND TIRED HE MUST GO HOME AND LOOK AFTER GRAND KIDS THAT HE CAN SHOUT AT, AND STOP TREATING PATIENTS LIKE RUBBISH.
This was the worst experience ever. I called to sent an appointment and I was told that they don’t take appointments. My husband and I got there only to be told by Dr Ntseke that they don’t do sonars without appointments... like really? So rude and unprofessional. Waste of my time and energy. Imagine telling a Dr your pregnant and he doesn’t even congratulate you. Absolute Rubbish!!
I stayed inside the clinic for just over an hour. Which was an exceptional service. And I like the fact that they dispense.
The staff is friendly. The service I got was of good quality and was done timeously.
Radiologist takes 1hr 30min on tea break. He then asks me what i would do at my work. Told him our policy prioritise customers, tea comes later. He then calls me rude and threatened not to help me. What an embarassment!
I was there on 11/11/2022 there is a white short lady at the dispensary and while taking out my medication they were gossiping about how come such a young person is diagnosed with depression, while taking out medication she was even saying "she's even given vitamin B, it means depression is at its worse stage"...this is not good at all I'm totally not happy....she's a light skinned short tswana lady working at the dispensary and it was around 1 o'clock.
After waiting for about an hour for doctors because they were running late, The service i received from the female doctor that is pregnant was not good at all, she was very sarcastic the whole time and rushing as if she had no time . I’ve always loved this practice I never had issues before this was the first time for me.
