I have two words to explain my experience, World Class. The service from the team the moment I walked through their door was amazing and off course how can I forget Dr Londi, 5 star treatment and great service from you Doc did not go un-noticed.

Good morning. I have visited Spec-Savers at Festival Mall three times this year and each time I was treated with respect and friendliness. From the receptionist to the door lady and the optometrists teamwork was visible and client satisfaction a priority. I got a special gift with my spectacles and a discount as my funds were limited as the company where I've worked closed down during covid pandemic. Staff are very organised , covid regulations followed , sanitizing are done . All the staff are so friendly and my wife and i will recommend this store to everyone we come into contact with . Rowena was excellent . Thank you Festival Mall Spec Savers !
