Today I was Letsoho Shopping Centre. I went there to buy valentine's cups with teddy bears inside which was marked down to R22 as I wanted to surprise kids at my centre which is very close to the shopping centre. She told me that those are for her special customers and I'm clearly not one of them. Even after I explained to her that the parents of the children at my centre are also very loyal customers at the shop as they live nearby.She didn't have none of that to a point where she also showed me packages in big wraps, saying that those are also for her customers. I called the head office or rather call centre of pep , I spoke to some guy who later spoke to her. She agreed and made me wait on the queue, however when it was my turn , she told me that she is not gonna sell me those cups.I had to queue 4 times to buy the cups in twos to a point where she stopped me and told me that she wont allow me to anything else. I would really appreciate it if she was looked into or rather trained on how to speak and treat customers because at the end of the day , she needs me and the parents of the kids to earn her monthly salary.
