Picked up a package sent by Paxi at this PEP branch. Although the process went smoothly it is a very tedious exercise to check out the package. This is not a reflection on this specific branch but more on PEP in general. If there are a long queue of customers waiting they will get seriously annoyed waiting in line for someone who is picking up a package. They need to streamline the process. Friendly service nonetheless.
It's ok. As well as expected given the size of the store.
They are very helpful
