Wife was buying underwear, lady there was extremely unhelpful. She found the displays in complete disarray. Items there need to be a whole lot better organised and better stocks levels kept

Shelves always empty, food items hardly repacked. Limited items available on the food section. Could really improve to meet standards of other woolies food.

Very disorganized. Whoever is in charge of the ladies underwear section should be taken to task. It was absolute chaos. Difficult to find anything. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful.

I love shopping at Woolworths River Square. I know you have a sale on. The shop today was disorganized chaos. Items on rails looked like they were plucked out of storage. As if you are trying to get rid of excess outdated items. Complete mix up which is normally pleasant to browse seemed like a factory about to sell off and close.

Thank you to the manager Marieka for helping us with my daughter's rainbow cake. It was a fabulous birthday. Both cakes were gobbled up

Disappointing experience. I was the only customer in the clothing line at 17h15 after work, with 3 tellers behind their tills chatting to each other, ignoring me while I am waiting to be called to a till. I then rushed to the food line to pay for my items. Poor service, clothing department!!!!

Had to walk a longer route as they closed the one door. Very inconvenient

Why would you close one of your entrances and make the shop less accessible? Businesses in Riversquare seem to have a death wish they share with Mall Management. What was suppose to be an upgrade is turning out to be a major downgrade. No wonder people in Three Rivers drive miles to shop elsewhere!
