Worst experience ever. I believe the shop keeper is honest, but still I wanted to report my experience. Maybe it's just bad luck, but still it's very weird. I've been using ubuntu for over 7 years now. I've bought a laptop: had loads of problems mainly very weak wifi Ubuntushop agreed to change the laptop for a BTO laptop. But the problems remained. Problems: - very weak wifi couldn't get further dans 1m50 away from router - the fan is ultra loud: when lanching a small video clip i can't hear the sound track, I have to use headset - the sound is awfull very very very bad speakers - there are always messages of failure when starting the laptop. I don't really know what it is, still for a new computer, it was very annoying. Ultimatly I had to re-install ubuntu to have a 1500€ laptop that only half useable. I've had it for over a year and it is such a dissapointment. The guy from the store says he never had issues and accused me of fraud... There are no garantees. So they will never refund your purchase. I really tried, spend hundreds of hours on forums to try to fix
