The shop is very busy with lots of customers and only 1 or 2 cashiers at the tillpoint causing the queue to move very slowly. They need to add more cashiers. And also it's very hot in the shop and makes it uncomfortable to shop. They need to put air-conditioners
It's cool and fast to pay
Staff are great ... but clothes lack durability... purchase other staff
Went to buy from pep verulam over the weekend & when i was paying the lady by the name of Mitchell refuse to give me a packet saying they also running low on supplies after i had seen her carring a few, Note: i was paying for 2 separate items of which were going in separate places so after i explained this to her she gave me a huge bag that could fit a comforter to put just 2 ice cream scoops. I was not happy with the manner of which she spoke to me. The first item i payed for were baby shoes that she put on a torn/previously used bag.
Just like every other PEP store it is very affordable and there is variety of clothing of all ages ,toys, stationery ,cell phones and also cosmetics. It is very safe and the shopping experience was enjoyable expect that i had to leave my bag at the parcel counter and i was not very comfortable so basically big handbags are not allowed in the shop, the place is usually busy and packed therefore be prepared to stand in long ques but that also is coupled with great customer service. The employees are always willing to help actually i was heart warmed by the service i got there .
Disgusting service from staff especially the older ladies. No respect. Gossip about you indirectly while youre standing there. Cashiers have such an attitude they eat spookies while cashing and touch all your new clothing.
The service was good however there was only 2 cashiers
Been there from 9 till 9:30 they ain't open... Not even telling us why
Terrible service from cashiers. They too busy making chit chat than to worry about customer service
Prices are cheap like all pep stores but the staff there are very unfriendly and not very helpful to they seem to have 'a chip on their shoulders'
