Definitely a Godsend! Finding the Perfect Laser branch in George was like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. I was so happy to walk into their shop and see all the products I was just about to try to order online for my new business. I was so happy to be able to see the products and get amazing advice. Since then I have had sublimation training with Eureka which was so much fun and educational. On top of their great range and superb service, they are assisting me with the technical side too. What an awesome experience working with a routor machine from Perfect Laser. This morning we went to the branch in Randburg without an appointment to buy some parts. On arrival Chad came to us willing to assist with our needs. We received the best service and he helped us to find all the parts needed. Chad also assisted us with the Aspire software, to finalise some artwork and to set the correct settings. We do appreciate the great service.

Eureka gave us in depth training on the mug and t-shirt sublimation printing. Robbie helped with setting up our equipment to the right specs. We left the George branch confident to start selling the sublimation service. I highly recommend them!
Matthew recently completed the setting up of my Laser machine. I had quite a few questions on the different aspects of the machine which he explained in detail. Wow! Wow and wow! I can’t recommend this company and it's wonderful personnel enough! Ronald was here today to train both my husband and I on the PLT30-40. We were daunted when we first saw this machine and, having never ever used a laser cutter engraver of any sort, a little overwhelmed to say the least! Ronald answered all out questions with ease! He was friendly, courteous and professional and made us feel right at home with both the software and using the machine. This wonderful company even offers FREE Saturday training on any of their machines! Unheard of in this day and age! The first person you deal with at a company is the first impression you get of that company and I must say Perfect Laser, you have an absolute gem in Ronald! Well done to all and see you soon for further training and advice! :
