Good day at Phakama I lost my Mom 2021 we did not claim,I was communicating Grace via Emails in April she advised me to send Supporting documents of which I did last Friday,today I get a respond that the claim was paid in January.Question is to who?Can I get answers please

Nobody is available to reply. What's amazing is the first day of claim someone responded. But after sending all the required documents no one is responding. Busy calling , emailing all in vain. Are you scamming us? I have been with you guys for 8 years. Is this how you treat your clients?

You never once lose your patience and you always treat clients with the professionalism and sympathy needed. Thank you Phakama for your excellent services. Whenever I submit a query, Phakama always responds with an answer in a timely fashion. I know the effects of covid-19 has affected everyone, and most companies had to work from home as per health guidelines. Despite this set back, Phakama made sure the their staff had to respond and attend to their customers needs. Poor service ever.. I paid my premium in advance but it was not cleared, debit order is being deducted as if not advance payment was made. I logged a query two weeks ago via email till today, the matter is still under investigation. I wanna cancel this useless policy but they are taking long to reply. I would advise anyone to take funeral policy under Phakama Administration I am in no doub.

Worse Service ever I don’t know if this phakama is a spaza shop or something I did call them 2 minutes ago enquiring for my mom we did claim on Wednesday afternoon since now we haven’t received the money when I call the other lady to tell her how urgent this is she was so rude I don’t know why did SADTU Choose them they are so rude I can’t believe they even use their home language I mean someone using Zulu while am a Venda that’s being rude

Just to get assistance was a mammoth, I could distinguish if its a private company or a Government department. Poor Communication. The stuff is Clueless, about the products / Services they offer. Phones Just ring for more then 40min's with no answer. Compele Joke.

All i needed was a police report form so i may proceed with the funeral claim, however they keep dropping my calls, one of the worst services i have ever experienced

Such a horrible service no one response to my emails or call sent a claim on the 3rd but today it's the 10 of August 2022 still nothing

I cant believe that they are still in business. Bad Bad service. Spoke to a Annette, Caroline, Liezel, Hellen, Grace, useless. Try to get the Supervisor, Elsa Marie, no good. Terrible service!!!!! Disgusting
