Do not book with Steve Kelly and Wild World Tours. A con man with shady business practices. They got their price after promising so much then did not deliver: promised all meals did not happen, promised snacks and ice creams for the kids did not deliver, even promised a DVD of the game drives but these were not recorded and no DVD was provided. The meals were prepared by 2 EMTs. One guy named Chris had a child assisting them with the meals. They promised quality food to be purchased from Woolworths but they were shopping in the local store in the nature reserve. The EMTs places meat uncovered in the fridge and we’re going to “whip up something, quickly” using the previous day’s left over chicken for chicken mayonnaise sandwiches. Poor food handling safety. Walked into the kitchen without washing hands and proceeded to handle food in the kitchen. Steve Kelly could not be reached by cellphone or by email. Did not reply to text message, too. Steve Kelly came back asking for more money to cover food and gas for the game drives with a sad story. Typical con man stuff. DO NOT BOOK HERE. DO NOT USE WILD WORLD TOURS SA.
