It's a good looking place. We booked for 3 nights and they have to be begged to clean the room. The last night they decided not to and when we ask they say the lady who cleans already left You beg for new towels and a tissue, they fail to provide great service. Book at your own risk , they do not care about their client at all. It's like you staying in for free
I am so disappointed, we reserved a room 2 weeks ago and we get to the premises the reception lady who is rude advised us that they are fully booked and they cannot assist further. She did not even show any remorse whatsoever. The place had a funny smell, there's no security and the rooms are not the same as the ones shown on the pictures
Total lack of maintenance. Water damage on doors and walls is not repaired, with a heavy damp stench in the whole building. Aircons not working, where available. Please consider closing the business and doing the much needed repairs, as black mold will soon build up, with more health problems for staff and patrons. And costly too.Rooms: 1/5

I booked last minute for my birthday and I must say I was impressed, the place is beautiful and peaceful. I would’ve preferred quality and new towels as one of the 2 in my room was really worn out, maybe also slippers and bathrobe as it is a place catering relaxing. But overall experience was lovely, staff was friendly and big props to Terrence his customer orientation is commendable, Thanks again to him for the lovely service.
The room I got is nothing compared to the pictures advertised on the internet. Before paying, it's wise to check out the rooms because once you've paid there is no refund. They are affected by load shedding no generator . No extra blankets to supplement.
I was very happy with the service from peter, he is a humble soul and made my stay very pleasant. Amoris is a beautiful place of serenity and true tranquility I will definitely be coming back. Kindly fix the heated pool though would love that.Rooms: 5/5
No WIFI in the king room downstairs. The room is cold, no provision for extra blankets. No means of communication with reception, having to travel up and down to get help. I do not recommend especially if you are staying for more than a day-blankets are dirty. Not worth the money.Rooms: 1/5
We had a splendid time at the Hotel. One thing I love about the Hotel is, everything you see on the pictures here, is exactly as it is, but they should please try to add air conditioners, Fridges and Microwaves in their executive suites.
