Service is absolutely pathetic.  Recurrent incompetence  Need to call repeatedly for orders to be processed.

This once extremely well managed pharmaceutical wholesaler is nothing more than a mumbling, bumbling incompetent service where in particular the coordination between the customer service dept, deliveries and stock control is worse than a spaza shop.
