Our head office is in Midrand, Gauteng and our second office is in Simonstown, Western Cape. We assist companies based anywhere in South Africa, and in certain circumstances, outside of South Africa.

How we work
We will meet with the client initially to determine exactly what their accounting needs are and how we can fit in with their budget.
Outsourced Off-site
Paperwork is collected by courier or a representative of Pharsyde either weekly or monthly. It is delivered straight to the accountant who will then update the company’s books on the accounting system. She will process all paperwork and do all necessary filing to keep the client 100% up to date. Any discrepancies or queries that arise will immediately be brought to the client’s attention.
As soon as the work for a given period is completed, the accountant will send financial statements to the client. The frequency of the statements and reports will depend on the needs of the client and the deadlines will be decided in the initial meeting.
Payroll is handled by one of our accountants on the Quickpayroll system. All records are thoroughly checked before being sent to the client.
