Upon arriving with my very ill father at 6 am, the hospital was packed. They immediately assisted my father. At 15:00 more than 300 patients was seen. The hospital is clean and 99% of the staff friendly and compassionate. Today marks day 6 of my father in hospital and so far I am impressed.
The staff is very helpful and considerate, and they serve you with a smile. The hospital is clean and neat. Now the government should put more effort on utilizing the taxpayers money effieciently by stocking the relevant medicine, as you hardly get hold of all the prescribed pills in the hospital. Also renovating the hospital is a good idea if they will also hire sufficient and professional workers and also stock up on the medicine. Overall they are trying their best since they are now a Regional Hospital.
The hospitals staff is not helpful at all!! I've been here since 6pm and now its currently 22:13. Came for a x-ray and the only things that was done was to take check my BP. I don't know for how many more hours will be sitting?! But some change must happen...I dont see a doctor in site. This is really rubbish!!!
I do not know if Pholosong Hospital is under new management or what, but the Hospital has changed remarkably since the last time I was there which was a couple of years ago. It's currently undergoing renovations and it looks awesome and even with renovations taking place it was still so clean and organized. A lot of younger staff there who bring a nice fresh energy to the place, everyone willing to assist and guide you to the correct area. Gone are the days where you are standing around and staff just walking past you not caring if you have been assisted. Covid probably also contributed because waiting areas can't be congested and they want to get people in and out of the hospital as soon as possible. But regardless of the reasons for the changes, I was impressed and proud of the changes implemented and we'll done on the appointment of those young people, they are awesome.
The service is ridiculously slow/disorganized/disappointing. Nurses literally just look and pass disregarding the emergency of patients. We've been here since 6pm yesterday evening, it's 1am the following day and we still have not received any form of assistance from anyone in this hospital!
I have been at this hsp a year and I really recommend it it is better then any other government hsp.the staff is friendly it is clean every now and then they have a little bit of an off day but hey no one is perfect. The only problem I found yesterday was my mother-in-law was admitted what they say about visiting hours and time and have on the board doesn't correspond with what they do. They said 1 visitor per patient for 15 min between 4 and 6 so I whent in to give her her things and get things from her and came back out so when my bf wanted to go in they said he wasn't allowed I mean I can understand they don't want it crowded in the wards but hey let ppl swop place to see the patients so that they don't feel neglected that is not so bad especially the elderly they feel it the worst for they are taken out of their comfort zone and now is in a strange place but other then that I love the hsp and everyone that is helpful and friendly keep it up
Hospital dont have water !! Cannot bath or shower no food !!! What has became of our hospitals ...its a disaster at our hospitals ...no toilets are working staff is not friendly and not helpfull
The hospital was very clean, security, nurses and staff were so friendly. They are one of the best public hospitals. They don’t keep you for too long on the queue. The management is doing great job.
Admission staff are very lazy they work as if they are forced to work. They work as if they have hang over and have serious problems of attitude. Education on client service must be taught. They drag their feet when working its as if they are at beauty concert please add the number of people working.
Am not happy about the service yase Pholosong , yesterday I arrive at hospital at 13:00pm my father was sick he was admitted at 00:00am you don't get any feedback what's happening and that place is so cold ,I don't know if there are no air-con or what but it is extremely cold
