THIS IS THE BEST HOSPITAL I HAVE COME ACROSS SO FAR. THE STAFF IS LIKE FROM ONE MOTHER. THE HOSPITALITY IS BEYOND THE WORD GOOD. THE FIRST THING THEY DO WHEN THEY SEE YOU, IS SMILE AND GREET. YOU GET INTO THE WARDS THE HOSPITALITY GOES EVEN DEEPER. I DON'T HAVE CORRECT WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS NICE HOSPITALITY. TALK OF CLEANLINESS ITS SPORTLESS WHETHER ITS PASSAGE OR BATHROOM , RECEPTION etc. THE CAR PARK IS WELL GUARDED AND VERY CHEAP AND CLEAN. WELDONE MANAGEMENT AT N17 NETCARE HOSPITAL. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD PERSONALLY WANT TO MEET AND SHAKE HANDS. 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO RATE THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE ITS CLASSIC.
I’m not happy about the R100 fee we pay after being admitted even though the hospital still going to claim more funds from the medical aid. What will happen if I don’t have it? Casualty ward very cold but nurses are very friendly.
Gave birth 29/01/2015. The sister said my son was dead after giving birth, and he wasn't. He lived just short of 3hours, born on 26weeks. He was just over 500g. The nurse didn't give me the option to take him home to give him a proper burial ceremony, she said by law he is under the weight limit. She did nothing to help save my boy, not even when she saw he could breathe. No oxygen, no warmth, nothing. She didn't phone my gynecologist Dr DA Venter, she didn't want to wake him unnecessary, because she believed my son was dead. I believe my son could have been saved. A person reads alot of similar stories where it's possible that a baby of over 500g 26weeks can be saved.
Rude, rasist, incompetant nurses towards elderly patients. Screaming and useless to help. Even the management of the hospital can't help me with the rudeness of the nurses, bullying old patients. Toilets without toilet paper. Hospital is dirty and not up to standard. This use to be a private hospital but it is a total disgrace!!!
I was there at night for a medical condition with medical aid which was up to date but was not help because I did not have R100 admin fee which I had to pay on the spot
Fast and efficient service. Friendly and compassionate staff. Hardly any waiting time at emergency services. Recommended pharmacy which was open until 20h00.
Big ups to the medical ICU team, friendly staff, they really took care of me and at some stage i even forgot i was sick
Day staff Friday & Saturday could not be faulted.What a lovely team they made.The night staff were still surly. David from Xrays wheelchair was such a help and wonderful.A great example
My mom was in hospital her nurses are absolutely useless and they make so much noise and doctor discharged her while she was in pain,seemed like he doesn't know what he is doing, I don't recommend this hospital at all.
Very poor service. My daughter was admitted in Medical ward. Day nurses where rude an not compationate. They are bullying the patients and there is no care. The app that they where supposed to let you k ow it is goiing with the patient is also not working. They do not give you any feedback with nothing. The doctor service is also not good. The only thing that as good is the food in the hospital. Otherwise all the other services where up to bull. Do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
