Bought a brand new iPhone 14 at a great deal a few days ago and it has been a working like a charm. I couldn’t believe it a first and the delivery was quick. I live in a regional area so the delivery took just 2 days and purchasing the device was a smooth process. I can’t fault the device in any way as it works as expected. I’ll definitely consider them for my next upgrade and also recommend them to others. Thank you!!!

Terrible experience. My phone was sold very quickly. But it took them two weeks to process my payment after I made so many follow ups. Their services are too slow and dishonest.

We discovered Phonetradr online when my son was looking for a phone. We read other people's reviews and I was satisfied that it is one of the best online business which I can pay my hard earned cash and it will be safe. After the purchase Sisi phoned and said that the phone did not pass their quality checks and they can't sell it. My son tried to convince Sisi to sell it and she said no ways, if it failed it can't be sold. We agreed that she keeps the money for a week hoping that another phone will be available. Nothing came and my son ended up getting the phone somewhere else. I then requested a refund and waited the 7 working days as adviced. This was a longest wait cause I was thinking what if they dont pay my money. But I was refunded in full. Big ups to Phonetradr, they are the best. Thank you Sisi for your service

Even though i had a query initially with my purchase it was quickly resolved and treated with urgency. Customer service has been 100% so far, would highly recommend. EDIT Just received my phone and can 100 recommend buying from Phonetradr, phone is in such great condition for the price i paid.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would - I'd like to commend the Phonetradr team on exceptional customer service and experience! Before listing my phone to sell on the site, I did a lot of research and was impressed and converted by Phonetradr's many great online reviews. I planned to buy a replacement phone from them as soon as my current phone sold - the whole process was even better than expected! My phone was sold on a Sunday afternoon, and 5 days later, I had my new phone in my hands, while the other phone was on the way to it's new owner. A special mention to Josh S, who made sure that the phone collection was at the same time as the new phone was delivered, ensuring no downtime at all. He kept me updated the whole way and the process was seamless!

Requested a battery replacement for my S8. This was on the 15th Aug. My phone is still not ready. Absolutely ridiculous!
