The cashiers were quick, the store was clean and well organized. Simply lovely
Poor service. Even on days where it's not busy you find only 1 person at the till with no supervisor nearby to authorize to transactions ....again increasing waiting time.
The shop is small, no fresh air and very hot... The service is very bad yoh, I qued for an hour. They kept calling cashiers to come and help customers but none what so ever happened, it was only three cashiers at the tills. The que is at the door but they are not bothered
Poor service ever at Ackerman's phumulani mall each time I get there it's only two or one cashier assisting hence there's a long queue. I was mad entering the shop at 16:45 and leave at 17:34 only for a wifi router and they didn't even bother to explain on why should I wait this long
I wonder there is manager or what because the service is too slow i mean is month end but two cashiers out of ten till points come guys do something
Good customer service
Poor poor service the que is long but only 2 cashier serving the long que for more than twenty customers jooo
Poor customer service,the cashier's aren't very welcoming they take advantage of friendly customers and even when it's not busy you wait for an hour to be helped with exchange or lay bye.
