I would like to commend Raja-Rani's on the exceptional service afforded to me. Roshnee and her team have gone beyond my wildest expectations in obtaining my 'dream' outfit that I had seen on social media, having my blouse stitched and matching my accessories. All of this done in record time, so professionally and with the utmost of care. Customer service par excellence is what you can expect at Raja-Rani's. Thank you Rosh and team, I am a customer for life.

I have been to Raja rani's on several occasions and am pleased to say that I have never once been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and more than willing to help. The manager prides herself in customer satisfaction and has always ensured that we make the best choice of sarees and lenghas. She actually takes the time to drape the sarees for u if u want. Their range of easternware is very well priced considering that you are paying for quality. A big thank you to the staff of Raja rani's for always making my shopping with you an absolute pleasure.

Staff have a terrible attitude. Not willingly to help, or show items packed on the shelves. Poor knowledge of the products and not a big variety.  The fact that the owner doesn't see a problem and the numerous complaints is quite concerning. I did not go with my husband to the store. Poor investigation and a reiteration of the poor service. Especially because she's sorry " that I feel that way"

I love the staff  they very friendly they assisted me in getting a beautiful outfit for my event ...they made sure I didn't leave the place until I get my size ... Definitely visiting the store again

Very disappointed by the pathetic attitude of the staff. My wife and I went there this morning, after ringing th bell to enter the store and the assistant opened the door with her face on the floor and didn't even great us. She lacked customer service skills and everything that my wife asked for was we don't have stock or no size. We got the feeling as if we were not welcome and were disturbing them this morning. My wife asked for a sari belt and the assistant said we don't have any in stock only for there to be 1 in the glass case that we saw and asked to look at. Will not go back there again. Resolve your staff issues and there unwillingness to help customers !!!

My husband was very angry at the pathetic service!! Purchased an expensive outfit and the beads are falling out of it!! Be careful what you buy from these guys! Poor quality outfits work, and pathetic service!

Raja Ranis was great in helping us get indian outfits for an event at the last minute..a huge thanks to Portia for her assistance and her energy  Yes the selection might not be a lot but what they do have is beautiful

We bought a set of bangles for R200. We wanted to return it within 30 min of purchasing.we made several calls to the manager to discuss and explain this her. She was very rude and obnoxoius when we finally got hold of her. The disclsimers were not clearly visable to us and they refused to return our money. We reserve the right to return within 24 hours and wud like to point out that they are engaging in unethical business behaviour.

Raja rani's is a great store in Midrand. They have an excellent range of eastern wear for women and men.

They have a stupid policy of no exchanges after 7 days. I went on Day 10 for an exchange and they were not flexible at all. Dont waste your time here. Customer service is poor.
