Piatto Restaurant @ East Gate

I love the food at this establishment. I had Sushi and Chicken Dumplings, it was truly delicious. Pay them a visit when you in the area. Our waiter Lucky was so polite and sensational, always had a smile on his face. I would have given this place a 5 star, however the flies were annoying, perhaps attributed to our seafood selection.Food: 5/5

I can’t fault Piatto Bedford on anything… food was delicious - portion size huge but affordable! The service was impeccable- everyone was super helpful but kudos to RonnieFood: 4/5

Possibly the best meal this year! Loved the decor. Seating booths are comfortable and spacious. Vibe was great. Waitress was on the ball. Food was fresh and without unnecessary clutter. Overall a 5 star dining experience!

The server was really friendly and the time the food arrived was very fast. The atmosphere is truly family friendly and calm. The spaghetti bolognese was truly a pleasure to eat. Will definitely come again. Truly a wonderful place.Food: 5/5

Service was not as good as I expected. I asked a waiter for hot sauce Tobasco. I was given a bottle that was near empty, only a few drop left. I had to ask another waitress to get me Tobasco and explained to her what I just received from her colleague, her response was that she will try to get me another bottle but it's difficult when all the bottles are on the tables used by other customers. So I ask what does that make me. Am I not a paying patron?

Was on Holiday from Italy with my friends . Was happy with the food , we had a nice steak and some fries . Their service was beautiful , their waitress Lisa B took good care of us and made us feel welcomed . I would recommend Parking: Was easily accessible with Uber taxis

They got great tasting pizza and I went to have their pizza special on Tuesdays about R85 for a pizza and a drink. So if you're looking for a date night idea: half price movies and pizza specials every Tuesday at Eastgate they are also literally next to each other. The Quattro Stagioni pizza is perfectly savoury and delicious with generous toppings. The Sweet Chilli Chicken is also tasty with fair portions of avo and chicken. The ingredients all tasted fresh. The waiters are friendly and helpful. They get really busy at peak hours though, as this is one of the more popular spots in Eastgate. Although I do usually love their pizza, I only give their food 3 stars because my pizza had a hair stuck on top of the cheese during my most recent visit see last photo. I got another pizza after notifying my waiter though. The manager never came to my table, hopefully they were too busy checking the status of the kitchen. Parking: It's situated on the top floor of Eastgate, next to the cinema.

The restaurant is located in a bright place that has an outdoor area. The menu was ok but not a big variety. I had schnitzel with mushroom sauce and rice. It was not badly done. The portion is quite big. Service could be better. Pricing was fair.Food: 3/5

I’ve eaten here years back and didn’t really enjoy it. However we were off to the movies next door so decided to have dinner here before the movie. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was great! The drinks arrived quickly. I ordered off their specials and I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money. Everyone enjoyed their meals, well done Piatto, we will be back. Parking: It’s a shopping center, paid parking.

This place is great for everyone andthe while family. The stuff is great and the manager is very welcoming and helpful at all times. The place is warm and feels like home. Oh! The food is to die for and the prices are affordable. It's one of my best restaurants.
