They deliver damaged goods and the useless management never answers the phone. New management should be employed and the current manager should be demoted. When they finally phone you they are rude and confused. Received another online order from this pick and pay on February 19 2022. My 12 pack of castle beers had leaking cans and was infested with maggots. Now I have to wait for them to replace my damaged products. This pick n pay is a disgrace.

Horrible service. Slow and understaffed. Limited products. Customers packing own groceries. Cashier walks away while busy with customers to get a jacket he didnt even put on. Patrons waiting because of all the tills provided only 3 or 4 are available.

Most disorganised store ever visited. Knly a few tills open during peak time. Personnel shouting at each other. Management nowhere to be seen to organise and controll. Glad that Spar is opening soon as a definite alternative store.

When asking Keabetswe Ngomane if the unpleasant loud music could be changed or even lowered, she answered “NO, we like it!” I asked, but what about what the customers would like, don’t you care about the customers that are paying your salary? , she says “no, we’re not going to play English music!” Well there were a lot of customers, like me, walking out of the store because of the horrible loud music as well The little staff that are there are either chatting or on their phones- management is nowhere to be seen ! Avoid this store to avoid an unpleasant experience and go to a place where the money that you want to spend actually matters!

Wouldn't recommend, especially if you're in a rush. Bad experience week after week. There's always long lines, doesn't matter what time of day. Only three tills open during rush hour. Unnecessarily time consuming. Most of the time you need to pack your own groceries into the plastic bags because there's not enough staff around.

Most of the tills are closed most of the time. Why? The lines are long, speed points don't work. This shop doesn't deserve even a single star. Its a shame

This store needs to be closed and the management dismissed. What a pathetic business. Totally apathetic staff. Long queues. Rotten dirty products.

I enjoy shopping from Pick n Pay Wonderboom Junction, they always having everything that I need and there are no long queues especially on all the days I have visited the store.

This place should close their doors. So many stuff, but only two people managing the till. Wonder what these guys are getting paid to do.
