Pick 'n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival

The last 3 years we have been visiting knysna about thrice a year and we of course need to do shopping for our stay. So we shop at Pick n Pay and Checkers and I have no complaints about either shopping centre. The staff at Pick n Pay are just lovely, so friendly and helpful. They make shopping here such a pleasure.

I hadn't shopped in this store for a year or two. Not sure what they have done there but whatever it is has made a big difference. The shelve are well stocked with plenty of choice. A good amount of genuine discounted items available. Immediately noticed how clean and tidy everything was. I can honestly say that after many many years of shopping in over 30 pick n pays around the country, this store would be the one I would like to return too.

I recently visited Pick 'n Pay and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. Overall, my experience at Pick 'n Pay was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations. The store was clean and well-organized. In store wine specials different to published ones - 3 for 2 baronne ,Knysna 6 for 5; D Hills sav blanc, no promotion in Knysna; 2lt box of chat' Lib not available ; Hellman's mayo not in stock. So I left.

Service is always great, so no complaints there. Also great specials regularly. The discounted prices don't always match when getting to the till though and sometimes you only realize after paying, like today when we bought Gouda and the price didn't go off correctly. Luckily it seems PnP now has a 'Double the difference' initiative where they reimburse you twice the difference that the price was supposed to have gone off for. Well done on improving your customer service even more!

My experience of the fresh produce part of Pick n Pay Knysna veg, fruit & bakery is so positive. Staff members are remarkably friendly, helpful and engaging. The fruit and veg are fresh, varied and well-presented, and I love the variety that the bakery offers. I actually prefer the PnP fruit and veg above WW and Food Lovers. Very well done! The rest of the store can look and learn!

Haven't been to Pick n Pay Knysna for ages becuase of their poor service and low quality but in a hurry I quickly popped in yesterday evening to buy among other things a tray of eggs. 20 of the 30 eggs were cracked!! They were all disgustingly filthy and some even had mold growing on them. Not how you want to start your day...

It's relatively good. It's clean and there are typically good specials. I would just warn you that their fruit and veg are not always super fresh.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Even found Kosher wine, which is an unusual item. Thanks!
