Pick N Pay Liquor Store

Poor maintenance I love the store very much but Tills furniture is worn, outdated equipment used is affecting the pick n pay brand. The chair for the cashier is even shining because of its dirtiness. Other things seem so interesting but furniture needs to be replaced urgently, I guess the employees are also demotivated to work on such space. Please protect the Pick n pay brand.

I'm pretty sure we all know and love this shop, always have beautiful clothing. I love how they keep their stock levels up, guaranteed there's new clothing every other week. Staff is super friendly, and pricing is incredible, which I thank them for!

We had a amazing experience at Pick and Pay Hermanus! Frida who works in the butchery department is a absolute gem and was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us. They Pick and Pay are lucky to have her.

Wheelchair accessible place and you can do clothes purchase as well

The look and quality have changed a lot due to new management. Some of the cashiers can smile a bit more though.

Is this the worst store in South Africa? i shop here at least 4 x a week as it is 2 mins walk from my apartment. There are never more than 2 or 3 counters open and there are always at least 8 in a queue, without exception. Management office is directly opposite the tills and nobody seems to care. Always plenty of staff around, but unfortunately, never on the tills where the customer wants them.

The people on the other end of the line is very unfriendly when you call, you can hear the attitude and very rude to have someone on a call and than you go ahead and talk with someone else so one has to listen to your conversation.

Always the best in town !
