Pick N Pay Longbeach Mall

Worst service I've ever received! Called for a delivery 3 hours ago. Cost me loads to call 7times!! to find out when my order would arrive. Was assured multiple times the order was on its way by various employees. Still nothing. Whoever is running the show there needs to get a new job pouring coke at McDonald's. Shockingly useless. 5 Poo emoticons, 0 stars.

Is it just me or do other people also experience that every time you shop an offer at the till it doesn’t register. If you call them up on it they say it was a mistake but you still have to wait around for 30 min to get the mistake fixed with no apology. It’s either super bad management or a strategy.

Unfortunately Longbeach Mall was disappointing, there was no toilet paper available in the disabled toilets and although there is plenty of parking for disabled people the facilities in the mall for disabled people are sadly lacking. Pick n Pay has a pay point clearly marked as a disabled pay point for disabled people unfortunately there were lots of able bodied people paying at this pay point and no PnP staff in sight to police this. Please consider shoppers in wheelchairs especially when toilet facilities are not adequate. I'm sure the Mall and PnP make enough money to invest in adequate facilities for disabled shoppers...

Longbeach Pick n Pay is one of the best in South Peninsular. The staff always greeting and start a conversation, is always the best for me. You can never go wrong with this one.

Worst service in the country!!! 3 tellers working on the 1st of the month… happens to fall on the busiest Saturday of the month and they can’t even fill 6 of the 24 available tills. This means that Pick n Pay’s operational efficiency is working at no more than 25% on a good day

On asking to have a lost Smartshopper card replaced, the lady who was supposed to assist us, dialed a number and handed the receiver over to us and walked off. She made no attempt at all to render any further assistance. We could not hear the person who she phoned and after standing waiting for her to come back to assist us further, we eventually left as she never came back. Her attitude was not a helpful all and we will never ask her for assistance ever again.

Nice pnp but what is wrong with the staff? They won't greet you even if you great them 1st! Just a smile would be great.

My most favorite place to shop very convenient.... Friendly staff and they don't hesitate to take anything back when you have a problem with the product you purchased no questions asked.. whoop whoop
