Vangate Superspar

Was in spar vangate mall and have never been so upset in my life, A supervisor told me I should learn to read. The sign clearly says excluding chunky and then gives the grams below that. However the grams of the chocolate given means that either the chunky, four-finger, bar-one and tex is also not included in the price of 3 for R26 or they made a mistake and you can buy the grams of the chocolates shown and that includes the chunky, so they bring out a supervisor, who instead of just admitting that they made a mistake on the sign, tells me I need to learn to read.

Sadly today for the 1st time in forever⏳ I have to complain about their delicious, yummy, proe soos nog L&P Chicken Burger meals Out of the 6 meals we bought today only one meal had slap chips that was cooked through thoroughly the rest was all still raw which made our meals very much unpleasant. I am very sorry to say this but we're very disappointed . We always enjoy those burgers, the sauce on it is to die for the chicken is always moist & succulent, the buns always fresh, everyone in my household loves those burger meals, just today it was a let down all because of distasteful slap i sincerely hope the next person doesn't get meals like ours today...

I had the most disappointing service from your cashier Phumeza today. I communicated on time that I'd like cash back please and asked if she has money. She agreed, then after the receipt came out asked me to reinsert my card and i responded that the money has gone off why would I reinsert.then she explained she forgot the cash back. Then I inserted my card and saw an extra amount. I asked then she explained she scanned the bag as she cannot give me money without buying something, but again I had to ask this was not communicated. While I was still pondering this she said or "uyeke" meaning or just leave it all together if you wish. No I'm sorry, humbling herself, just pure rude attitude. The supervisor was useless, no apologies either & wanted to make me wait even more for something i had clearly communicated. I'm sure I was not even going to get that bag I was Blindly buying. Be careful. It's the Attitude that got to me.

Spar vangate had a good special on 24 December 2022 on pan of braai chicken pieces. This chicken was old chicken that was spiced so that the smell should not protrude. This is a disappointing service. Many people used their december money to buy this chicken as household food. This can cause food poisoning to children. Very disappointing, tricking consumers to buy expired meat.

Spar is the most accommodative when it comes to grocery shopping. They have lekker instore specials and deals. And their service is amazing I buy my wife a luxary everyday due to their deals and specials . Thank you spar !!! Happy wife happy life!

Very poor service especially at the Money Market tills the till operators are slow and confused. People were moved from 1 till to the other only to find the same person coming back again to the first till where he goes.Very confusing. If someone wants to bet u have to wait for the same lady to come back to the other till yoo there wasn't a lot of people at the Money Market but we waited forever. Too much confusion and lazy till operators

One of the best Spar's! Such a wide selection of fresh spices and everything, definitely worth a visit!

I absolutely love superspar the staff are wonderful, they always have wonderful specials, I never had a bad experience and Wil keep going back.

So long you aware that this is a busy busy shop that caters to many ppl then you won't have issues.
